Ingredients
  1. Dried Red Chili 3
  2. Salt
  3. Mustard 1 spoon
  4. Urad Dal 1 spoon
  5. Hing powder 1/2 spoon
  6. Oil
  7. Green Gram half bowl
  8. Onion 1 bowl
  9. Curry leaves
  10. Red Beans (Karamani)
  11. Water
  12. Grated Coconut
Procedure
  1. Start chopping the beans, pour some oil in a tawa, add 1 spoon of mustard, 1 spoon of Urad Dal, 3 dried red chili, curry leaves, 1 bowl of onion and add the chopped Red beans.
  2. Add salt and half spoon of hing powder.
  3. Add half bowl of Green Gram.
  4. Pour some water and close the lid
  5. Open the lid after 2 minutes, add some grated cocounut.
  6. Karamani Poriyal is ready
