Karamani Poriyal
Ingredients
- Dried Red Chili 3
- Salt
- Mustard 1 spoon
- Urad Dal 1 spoon
- Hing powder 1/2 spoon
- Oil
- Green Gram half bowl
- Onion 1 bowl
- Curry leaves
- Red Beans (Karamani)
- Water
- Grated Coconut
- Start chopping the beans, pour some oil in a tawa, add 1 spoon of mustard, 1 spoon of Urad Dal, 3 dried red chili, curry leaves, 1 bowl of onion and add the chopped Red beans.
- Add salt and half spoon of hing powder.
- Add half bowl of Green Gram.
- Pour some water and close the lid
- Open the lid after 2 minutes, add some grated cocounut.
- Karamani Poriyal is ready
