Pour some oil in a pan, start frying the ¼ kg of chopped ladies finger and collect it in a separate plate.
Add 1 spoon of mustard in the same pan, chopped garlic, curry leaves, chopped ginger, chopped onion, salt, turmeric powder, chopped tomato and close the lid.
Open the lid after 2 minutes. Add Kulambu Powder (Red Chili + Coriander Powder) one and half spoon, garam masala, bowl of curd and close the lid.
Open the lid after 2 minutes. Add half lemon juice, add fried ladies finger, coriander leaves.
