Ladies Finger Curd Curry | Vendakkai Thayir Curry
Ingredients
- Salt
- Kulambu Powder (Red Chili + Coriander Powder)
- Garam Masala
- Turmeric Powder
- Curry Leaves
- Coriander Leaves
- Ginger 1 piece
- Garlic 1
- Curd
- Tomato 2
- Onion 2
- Ladies Finger ¼ Kg
- Half Lemon
- Water
- Mustard 1 spoon
- Oil
- Pour some oil in a pan, start frying the ¼ kg of chopped ladies finger and collect it in a separate plate.
- Add 1 spoon of mustard in the same pan, chopped garlic, curry leaves, chopped ginger, chopped onion, salt, turmeric powder, chopped tomato and close the lid.
- Open the lid after 2 minutes. Add Kulambu Powder (Red Chili + Coriander Powder) one and half spoon, garam masala, bowl of curd and close the lid.
- Open the lid after 2 minutes. Add half lemon juice, add fried ladies finger, coriander leaves.
- Ladies Finger Curd Curry is ready
