கோலா மீன் கொழும்பு | Kola Fish Kulambu in Clay Pot - Cleaning & Kulambu preparation
Ingredients
- Kola Fish – 7
- Coriander Powder
- Red Chili Powder
- Vadagam
- Coconut Milk
- Turmeric Powder
- Green Chili 4
- Salt
- Tomato 2
- Onion 1
- Tamarind Juice
- Mango 1
- Water
- Oil
- Cleaning Kola Fish
- Start cleaning the Kola fish and rip off the fish scale
- Chop off the head and start boiling it in a pan of water.
- After 5 minutes, strain the water and peel off the skin and also remove the spines.
- Procedure for Kulambu
- Start extracting tamarind juice, add 2 spoon of red chili powder, 3 spoon of coriander powder, turmeric powder, salt and mix it well.
- Pour some oil in a clay pot, add vadagam, chopped onion, green chili, tomato, salt and pour kulambu mixture into it.
- Pour some coconut milk, add some chopped mango.
- Open the lid after 5 minutes. Add the kola fish.
- Add coconut milk once again and close the lid.
